After 7 days no return or exchange.                              

Products picked up at warehouse no refund or exchange.                                             

Returns are refunded through store credit only  and if  returned in original packing.        

Shipping & handling charges cannot be refunded in anyway.

25% restocking fee will apply.                                      

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges for all situations, including factory's fault or damage via shipping.      

Shipping boxes are to be kept until damage claims are finalized, otherwise NO credit will be given.

No return on special orders.

No refund for damaged or missing products with shipments via USPS or shipped via receivers carriers and/or accounts.

International orders will be charged $10.00 paper filing fee.

Packages shipped  via receivers shipping accounts will be charged $5.00 handling fee.

Accounts not paid within terms are subject to 3% monthly finance charge.

For payments made via wire transfer we charge $20.00 to cover the fees charged by the banks

Declined Credit Cards will be charged 10$  fee.
